Guild Insurance NZ closure

We regret to inform you that Guild Insurance will be ceasing its operations in New Zealand as of June 30, 2011.

This difficult decision follows a detailed review of our New Zealand business. While we appreciate the support provided by our New Zealand clients, we have been unable to establish a sustainable base for our operations.

We will continue to service existing policyholders until the expiration of their policies; however we will not be inviting renewal of policies after June 30, 2011. We will not be accepting any new policyholders effective immediately.
